If your phone or tablet is not able to install our app, try up dating your operating system. If you are not able to update your operating system to a version compatible with the app you can continue to access StoryBox Hub via the web browser on your device. To make this easier, you can create an icon which acts like an app and when clicked, takes you directly to the log in page. ### On iPhones and iPads 1. Open Safari. 2. Navigate to the [StoryBox Hub homepage](https://storyboxhub.com/) and tap the **LOG IN** button in the top right corner. 3. Tap **Add** in the top right corner. 6. The icon will be added to the iPad/iPhone and can be dragged/rearranged/grouped just like any app icon.
