[Account & Billing](https://crm.storyboxhub.com/help-centre/account-billing?hsLang=en-au) 15 April 2026 # How can I download receipts for past payments? --- If you have a Professional subscription and need to download receipts for previous payments (eg if required for tax purposes) you can log into your [account settings](https://storyboxhub.com/login?back=/account/edit), scroll down to the 'Other Account Actions' section at the bottom of the right hand column, and click 'View Receipts', then choose the receipt you want to view.
