If you find that the audio levels are too low, soft or quiet when you play StoryBox Hub videos via an interactive whiteboard, here are some troubleshooting tips to try: - Check if there is a firmware update available for the whiteboard - if so, try testing again after updating the firmware. - Try playing one of the problematic videos from a different browser (eg Chrome, Firefox, Edge) to the whiteboard. If the volume works better from a different browser, the audio routing from the original browser could be the problem. - Are you outputting to the whiteboard by HDMI cable?
