You can find usage statistics for your account on the same page as your Account Settings: 1. Log in with the Account Holder email address and password [here](https://storyboxhub.com/login?back=/account/edit). Or, if you're already logged in as the Account Holder move your mouse over your organisation's name in the top right corner then choose **Account Settings**. 2. Click on the blue button in the left hand column labelled **VIEW STATISTICS**. 3. By default you will see viewing statistics for the previous month. You can change the start/end dates and click **GO** to update all data displayed on the page. 4. To download viewing statistics for your chosen date range, scroll down to the two orange buttons: - **Export Video Stats**: This will export a CSV file listing every video title watched during the specified date range and its corresponding daily view count. - **Export Usage Stats**: This will export a CSV file with the same snapshot displayed in the table below the orange buttons. **If you're having trouble accessing your Account Settings:** - Make sure you're using the [EMAIL/USERNAME log in option](https://storyboxhub.com/login), not LIBRARY or SSO. - Make sure you're using the *Account Holder* password and not the *Viewer* password. Viewer passwords only allow access to story content and not account settings ([more info here](https://crm.storyboxhub.com/knowledge-base/whats-the-difference-between-an-account-holder-and-a-viewer?hsLang=en-au)). - If you can't remember the Account Holder password, create a new one [here](https://storyboxhub.com/password/reset). - If you don't receive the password reset email and it isn't in your spam folder, please [contact support](https://crm.storyboxhub.com/knowledge-base/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en-au). If you're still having any issues please [contact support](https://crm.storyboxhub.com/knowledge-base/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en-au). **What do the different types of views and logins mean?** - **Website Views:** The number of times stories and short films were played from the website during the specified time interval. - **App Views:** The number of times stories were played from the app during the specified time interval. - **Story Tools Views:** The number of times Story Tools lessons were played from the website during the specified time interval. - **Logins:** Account Holders of Library subscriptions and Schools/Academic subscription that are [set up for SSO](https://crm.storyboxhub.com/knowledge-base/how-do-we-set-up-saml-single-sign-on-sso-for-our-organisation?hsLang=en-au) can also see patron or SSO user login stats broken down as follows (these figures include both website and app logins): - **Total Logins:** The total number of sub-user logins that month. For example, if 5 sub-users each logged in 3 times, this would say 15. - **Unique Logins:** The number of sub-users that logged in that month. Using the above example, this would say 5. - **New Logins:** The number of sub-users that logged in for the first time that month.
