Account Holders for School subscriptions are able to 'lock' playlists so that they cannot be created, edited or deleted by Viewers. To edit this option:
- Log in to your School's account settings with the Account Holder email and password.
- Scroll down to the Viewers can manage Playlists and Book Lists option:
- Choose Yes or No. These settings mean:
- Yes: Anyone logged in as the Account Holder or a Viewer will be able to create, edit, rename and delete playlists on our website and our app. They will both also see the "My Book Lists" button on our website which allows them to create and delete Book Lists. When viewing a Book List, they will also be able to turn it into a playlist.
- No: On the website, only the Account Holder will be able to create, edit, rename and delete playlists; and create and delete Book Lists. In our app, playlist editing will be disabled for everyone, however any playlists created or edited on our website are synced to the same account in the app.
- Both Viewers and the Account Holder will be able to watch playlists with either setting.
- When you are finished, click the SUBMIT button to save your preference.
