Please note that Family and Professional subscriptions only allow users to log in to StoryBox Hub on one device at a time, so if you were previously logged into StoryBox Hub on your computer and wish you access it on your smartphone, you will be logged out on your computer even if you selected 'Remember Me' when you logged in.
