How do I delete my account or data from StoryBox?

For information about data retention and automated data deletion, please refer to section 8 of our Privacy Policy (Your Choices - Account Deletion and Editing), clauses 2 and 5.

You can also request deletion of your StoryBox Hub account/data at any time by contacting us and choosing the Account or data deletion request category. Please let us know any names, email addresses, and (if relevant) library barcode number associated with your account, and if you would also like to be removed from all marketing communications.

Once your account is deleted, we’ll either delete or de‑identify the personal information we no longer need, unless we’re required or authorised by law to keep certain records for longer (for example, for taxation, auditing, or legal purposes). Some information may also be retained in secure backups for a limited period before being permanently removed.
